• Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m.
• Check-Out Time: 10:30 a.m.

Policies

Cancellation for Cottages:

• 48 hours prior to arrival for bookings of 3 or less nights
• 3 weeks for bookings of 4-7 days
• 4 weeks for bookings over 7 days

A one-night deposit is collected on all advance cottage bookings. If cancellation occurs prior to our cancellation deadlines, the deposit will be refunded (less a $20 credit card processing fee). If these deadlines are not met and the client does not have a record of a cancellation number, the one night deposit will not be refunded (unless the unit can be resold).

Cancellation for Rooms:

• 48 hours prior to arrival for bookings of 3 or less nights
• 1 weeks for bookings of 4-7 days
• 3 weeks for bookings over 7 days

If these deadlines are not met and the client does not have a record of a cancellation number, a one night charge will be made on the credit card provided at the time of reservation (unless the unit can be resold).

To Shorten Stay (Cottage or Room):

As soon as the front desk staff is notified of the need to shorten a stay, the unit will be placed on the market. If resold, there will be no fee. If the unit cannot be resold, a one night early departure fee will apply.

Pets:

Unfortunately, NO pets are allowed.

Smoking:

All of our rooms and buildings are non-smoking

Taxes:

14% HST applies to all reservations
